5) DATA PROCESSING FOR OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND FOR CONTRACT PROCESSING
In accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, personal data will continue to be collected and processed if you provide it to us for the purpose of performing a contract or when opening a customer account. 6) USE OF YOUR DATA FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING
6.1 Subscription to our e-mail newsletter
If you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The provision of further possible data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. For sending the newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will only send you an e-mail newsletter if you have expressly confirmed to us that you consent to the sending of newsletters. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail asking you to confirm by clicking on a corresponding link that you wish to receive newsletters in the future.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent for the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. When registering for the newsletter, we store your IP address entered by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace a possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later date. The data collected by us when registering for the newsletter will be used exclusively for advertising purposes via the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to the controller mentioned at the beginning. After unsubscribing, your e-mail address will be immediately deleted from our newsletter distribution list, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further data use that is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this declaration.
6.2 Sending e-mail newsletters to existing customers
If you have provided us with your e-mail address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services from our range as those already purchased by e-mail. For this, we do not have to obtain separate consent from you in accordance with Section 7 (3) UWG. Data processing in this respect is based solely on our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If you initially objected to the use of your e-mail address for this purpose, we will not send you any e-mails. You are entitled to object to the use of your e-mail address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time with effect for the future by notifying the controller mentioned at the beginning. For this, you will only incur transmission costs according to the basic rates. After receipt of your objection, the use of your e-mail address for advertising purposes will be stopped immediately.
7) DATA PROCESSING FOR ORDER FULFILLMENT
7.1 For the processing of your order, we work with the following service providers, who support us fully or partially in the execution of concluded contracts. Certain personal data is transferred to these service providers in accordance with the following information.
The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery within the scope of contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We pass on your payment data to the commissioned credit institution within the framework of payment processing, insofar as this is necessary for payment processing. The transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and only insofar as this is necessary for payment processing.
PayPal reserves the right to conduct a credit check for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal. For this purpose, your payment data may be passed on to credit agencies in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your solvency. PayPal uses the result of the credit check with regard to the statistical probability of payment default for the purpose of deciding whether to provide the respective payment method. The credit check may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit check, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. 8) ONLINE MARKETING
Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, within the framework of Google AdWords, the conversion tracking of Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use Google Adwords to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google Adwords). In relation to the data of the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. We pursue the interest of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you, and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.
The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an AdWords ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can block this use by deactivating the cookie of Google Conversion Tracking via your Internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google Adwords based on our legitimate interest in targeted advertising in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

11) TOOLS AND OTHER
11.1 Google Maps
On our website, we use Google Maps (API) from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (country) maps to visually represent geographical information. By using this service, our location is displayed to you and any approach is made easier.
As soon as you access the subpages into which the Google Maps map is integrated, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google servers in the USA and stored there. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not wish for your data to be associated with your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates these. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of Google's legitimate interests in displaying personalized advertising, market research, and/or demand-oriented design of its website. You have a right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.
If you do not agree with the future transmission of your data to Google in the context of using Google Maps, there is also the possibility to completely deactivate the Google Maps web service by switching off the JavaScript application in your browser. Google Maps and thus also the map display on this website can then not be used.
You can view Google's terms of use at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html, and the additional terms of use for Google Maps can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/de_US/help/terms_maps.html

11.2 Trusted Shops Trustbadge
The Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated into this website to display our Trusted Shops seal of approval and to offer the Trusted Shops membership for buyers after an order.
This serves to protect our overriding legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR, as part of a balancing of interests. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne.
When the Trustbadge is accessed, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, your IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access. This access data is not evaluated and is automatically overwritten at the latest seven days after the end of your visit to the page.
Further personal data is only transferred to Trusted Shops if you decide to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or have already registered for their use. In this case, the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies.

In the event of withdrawal, we will immediately delete the data concerned, unless further processing can be based on a legal basis for processing without consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- Right to lodge a complaint in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR: If you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR, you have the right, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
12.2 RIGHT TO OBJECT
IF, IN THE CONTEXT OF A BALANCING OF INTERESTS, WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA BASED ON OUR OVERRIDING LEGITIMATE INTEREST, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO THIS PROCESSING WITH EFFECT FOR THE FUTURE FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION.
IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL CEASE PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED. FURTHER PROCESSING REMAINS RESERVED, HOWEVER, IF WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR IF THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENCE OF LEGAL CLAIMS.
