Return policy:

You have the right to return your items within 30 days without giving any reasons.

Please note that we only accept returns for items that are new and unworn.

Complaint:

Please inform us by email at vintage@beads.berlin that you wish to return certain items.

Please send returns to Vintage Beads Gallery, Bergmannstraße 17, 10961 Berlin

You will bear the costs for the return shipment yourself.

As soon as we have received the items, we will refund you the purchase price for the

returned items.

For logistical reasons, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.
